Donna M. Wolk, Ph.D., D(ABMM)
Dr. Wolk is an Associate Research Professor at the BIO5 Institute and the Division Chief for Clinical and Molecular Microbiology in the Department of Pathology at the Arizona Health Science Center and University Medical Center. Dr. Wolk co-directs the Molecular Genetics Pathology fellowship.

Postgraduate Training:
Dr. Wolk joined the faculty at the University of Arizona in 2001, after completing a Medical and Public Health Microbiology fellowship and molecular diagnostic training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Microbiology and is board-certified in Clinical and Public Health Microbiology and Clinical Laboratory Science.

Research Interests:
Her research focuses on molecular diagnosis, epidemiology, and pathogenesis of infectious disease/public health threats, specifically sepsis and drug-resistant microbes such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
